Jack Frost

A sweet winter fantasy. The fresh tropical sweetness of mango combined with the vibrant color of blue curacao and the smoothness of coconut cream.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz La Manuela Mango Spicy
  • 1 oz Blue Curacao syrup
  • 1 oz natural pineapple juice
  • 1 oz Coconut Cream
Garnish: Shredded coconut on the rim

Preparation:

  1. Moisten the rim of a glass with a bit of coconut cream and dip it in shredded coconut to rim.
  2. In a blender, combine the Spicy Mango Mezcal, blue curacao, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and one cup of ice.
  3. Blend until obtaining a smooth, frappe-like consistency.
  4. Pour carefully into the rimmed glass and enjoy very cold.
