Spicy Inferno Coctel

Spicy Inferno

A fiery dance of tropical heat. An intense fusion of mango mezcal with the citrus bitterness of grapefruit and the subtle fire of a jalapeño syrup.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz La Manuela Mango Spicy
  • 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 oz Jalapeño syrup
  • Top with sparkling water
Garnish: Fresh jalapeño slice and Tajín rim

Preparation:

  1. Rim a tall glass with Tajín and fill it with ice.
  2. In a mixing glass or shaker, combine the Spicy Mango Mezcal, grapefruit juice, and jalapeño syrup.
  3. Shake gently with ice and strain into the prepared glass.
  4. Top with ice-cold sparkling water.
  5. Garnish with a slice of fresh jalapeño on the rim of the glass.
