– 1 oz butterfly pea flower syrup
– 1 oz white vermouth
– 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
– 2 oz tonic water

Preparation: 🍸
Add the mezcal, butterfly pea flower syrup, white vermouth, and lemon juice to a shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well combined and chilled.
Strain into an Old Fashioned glass with fresh ice.
Top with tonic water and stir gently to preserve the effervescence.
