Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz La Manuela Espadín
  • 1 oz Violet Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • Top with Tonic Water
Garnish: Edible flowers and a lime twist

Preparation:

  1. Pour Mezcal La Manuela Espadín, violet liqueur, and fresh lime juice into a shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake gently for 8-10 seconds.
  3. Strain into a tall glass or Collins glass with fresh ice.
  4. Top gently with tonic water to maintain the effervescence.
  5. Garnish with edible flowers and a lime twist for a spectacular neon presentation.
